Levine Leichtman Capital Partners Acquires West Academic from Eureka Equity Partners

Levine Leichtman Capital Partners affiliate has acquired West Academic Publishing from Eureka Equity Partners. West Academic, a St. Paul-based provider of law school textbooks and digital learning materials, was grown under Eureka from roughly 50 to more than 80 employees and will move to Levine Leichtman's ownership to support continued product and market expansion.

Francisco Partners to Acquire BARBRI from Leeds Equity

Francisco Partners has signed a definitive agreement to acquire BARBRI, a leading provider of technology-enabled legal education, from Leeds Equity Partners. The deal, which was announced March 31, 2021, will transfer ownership of the Dallas-headquartered company to Francisco Partners and is expected to close in Q2 2021 subject to customary approvals.

BARBRI Global Acquires Strafford
