Innovative Roofing Group, an Atlanta-based commercial roofing and sheet metal contractor serving the Southeast since 2003, will expand Roofing Corp of America's capabilities and regional footprint; Oaklyn Consulting advised on the transaction.

Roofing Corp of America (RCA), a subsidiary of FirstService Corporation, has acquired Crowther Roofing and Cooling and Hamilton Roofing, adding a significant presence in Florida and collectively contributing more than $150 million of annual revenue. The existing management teams will retain minority equity and continue to run day-to-day operations; terms were not disclosed.

Roofing Corp of America Acquires Front Range Roofing Systems

Roofing Corp of America (RCA), an Atlanta-based roofing holding company backed by Soundcore Capital Partners, has acquired Front Range Roofing Systems (FRRS), a commercial and industrial roofing contractor based in Greeley, Colorado. The deal gives RCA its first sizable foothold in the Mountain West (Colorado and southern Wyoming); FRRS's ownership team will remain in place and the company will operate as a stand-alone within RCA.

Roofing Corp of America Acquires Springer-Peterson Roofing & A-1 All American Roofing

Roofing Corp of America (RCA), a subsidiary of FirstService Corporation, has acquired Springer-Peterson Roofing & Sheet Metal and A-1 All American Roofing Co. The tuck-in add-ons expand RCA’s presence in the U.S. Sun Belt—strengthening its commercial roofing footprint in central Florida and along the California coast—while existing management teams will remain with retained minority equity interests. Terms were not disclosed.

FirstService Corporation Acquires Global Restoration Holdings

FirstService Corporation (TSX/NASDAQ: FSV) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 95% of Global Restoration Holdings, LLC, the second-largest commercial and large-loss property restoration firm in North America. The deal expands FirstService’s scale and capabilities in mitigation, restoration and reconstruction services, and Global Restoration’s management will retain the remaining equity; the seller is Delos Capital.

Roofing Services Solutions (Dunes Point Capital) Acquires Quality First Roofing

Roofing Services Solutions (RSS), a portfolio company of Dunes Point Capital, has acquired Quality First Roofing, LLC, a Lecanto, Florida-based provider of re-roofing and building exterior services. The add-on deal expands RSS’s footprint in Florida; Quality First operates two locations and employs roughly 15 people while RSS operates eleven locations with ~185 employees.
