Calgary-based payroll fintech Wagepoint has acquired KinHR (to be rebranded People by Wagepoint) to add HR and people-management capabilities to its small-business payroll and time stack. The deal brings KinHR's ~4,500 users into Wagepoint's platform (which serves more than 20,000 small businesses) to create an integrated payroll, time & HR offering for SMB customers.

ADP Acquires WorkForce Software

Workleap Acquires Pingboard

G&A Partners Acquires Teamworks Group

PrestigePEO Acquires Advantage Personnel Resources, LLC

The deal is an add-on to PrestigePEO's platform (backed by TriSpan) and is intended to expand PrestigePEO's geographic footprint in the southern U.S. while broadening its service capabilities and broker relationships.
