Valcourt Building Services Merges with JOBS Group

Keystone Capital’s portfolio company JOBS Group has merged with Valcourt Building Services, a platform that recently received growth equity backing from Littlejohn & Co. Terms were not disclosed; Keystone retains a minority equity stake in the combined business. The combined company brings together exterior façade maintenance, window cleaning, waterproofing and related recurring building maintenance services to expand geographic footprint and capabilities.
