The Valcourt Group, a PE-backed exterior building services platform, has acquired Clearview Building Services, a commercial window cleaning and pressure washing provider in the St. Louis, Missouri area. The deal expands Valcourt’s presence and service capabilities in Missouri and brings Clearview’s local management team into the Valcourt family.
