Valence Surface Technologies, a PE-backed aerospace finishing platform, has acquired Fountain Plating Co., Inc., a Springfield, Massachusetts-based product finishing specialist serving aircraft engine and aerospace customers. The deal is an add-on to Valence's platform intended to expand its Northeast footprint and broaden its capabilities for complex engine, landing gear, airframe and electronics components.
