Vallen Distribution (a Nautic Partners portfolio company) signed a definitive agreement to acquire Wesco Integrated Supply (WIS) from Wesco International for $350 million. The acquisition combines integrated supply chain services and MRO procurement solutions across North America and Europe and was expected to close in the second quarter of 2024 after regulatory approval.
