Wesco International has acquired entroCIM, a provider of data center and building intelligence software, for an initial $30 million plus potential earnouts. The acquisition brings Wesco a browser-based, SaaS Central Intelligence Manager (CIM) that aggregates IT/OT data to deliver operational insights for data centers and large commercial facilities.

Vallen Distribution Acquires Wesco Integrated Supply

WEX Acquires Ascensus Health and Benefits Unit for $180M

UKG Inc. has acquired Ascentis Corporation, a full-suite HR and workforce management software provider headquartered in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. The deal brings several hundred Ascentis employees (including staff in Montevideo, Uruguay) and roughly 4,800 customers into UKG, strengthening UKG's HCM, payroll and workforce management capabilities.
