Financial terms were not disclosed; PSG is DigitalEd’s sole outside investor and will partner with the founding team to scale the business globally.

Kivuto will join Valsoft’s education portfolio (managed by Aspire), with Valsoft citing strong customer relationships and complementary products to drive further growth; Kivuto was represented by a court-appointed receiver in the transaction.
