VENU+, a portfolio company of Z Capital Partners (ZCG), has acquired NXT Capture, an experiential photo and video capture solutions provider founded in Orlando in 2016. The deal is an add-on to VENU+'s guest solutions portfolio and aims to expand its entertainment and photo/video offerings across VENU+'s global venue customer base; financial terms were not disclosed.
