Verdant Capital Partners acquired 15 Native Roots retail dispensaries in Colorado, with ownership and operating control assumed effective July 31 after receipt of required regulatory approvals. The stores will continue operating under the Native Roots brand while benefiting from Verdant’s operational expertise and investment, as Verdant builds a cannabis retail operating platform for further acquisitions.
