CSG (NASDAQ: CSGS) has acquired iCheckGateway.com, LLC (iCG Pay), a Fort Myers-based ACH and credit card payment processor, for an upfront purchase price of $17 million plus potential earn-outs. The deal adds recurring payments revenue (iCG Pay reported ~$9.5M in 2023 net revenue), ISV channel partnerships, and payments capabilities to CSG’s customer engagement and billing platform to accelerate its North American payments expansion and improve 2024 profitability.

Interopay Acquires Rewardworks

Interopay Inc., a Portland-based B2B payment automation company, has acquired Rewardworks, a long-time accounts-payable/payment automation software provider. The deal — executed by Interopay (formed by Rewardworks management and investors) — will integrate Rewardworks' operations into Interopay to accelerate product development, expand customer reach, and enhance ERP-integrated payment solutions for mid-market customers.

Versapay Acquires DadeSystems

Versapay has completed the acquisition of U.S.-based fintech DadeSystems, integrating DadePay cash-application technology into its Collaborative AR platform to broaden AR automation and AI/ML capabilities. Ten Coves Capital rolled its stake into Great Hill Partners-backed Versapay, with both Great Hill Partners and Ten Coves contributing additional capital to fund the transaction and support expansion into enterprise and upper mid-market customers.
