Veritas Capital to Acquire BGIS

Veritas Capital has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire BGIS, a global technical integrated facilities management (IFM) provider, from CCMP Capital Advisors and Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo). Veritas will partner with BGIS CEO Gord Hicks and BGIS’ existing management team to support the company’s long-term growth strategy, including its digital facility management platform and AI-enabled roadmap. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions; financial terms were not disclosed.
