Under the deal, Charter will buy Cox’s commercial fiber and managed IT/cloud businesses, while Cox Enterprises will contribute Cox Communications’ residential cable business to Charter Holdings, and the combined company is expected to be named Cox Communications after closing.

Verizon Acquires Certain Assets of Bluegrass Cellular

Rogers Communications to Acquire Shaw Communications for ~$26B
