Vermont Systems, a subsidiary of Clubessential Holdings, has acquired Toronto-based CampBrain, a SaaS camp management and registration platform used by roughly 1,700 camps across North America. The deal adds camp management, registration, and payments capabilities to Vermont Systems' recreation management portfolio and expands the Clubessential ecosystem's global footprint.
