VersiCare Group Acquires Open Doors, LLC

VersiCare Group, a Partner Company of Seven Hills Capital, announced the acquisition of Open Doors, a Louisville, Kentucky provider of residential care and Family Home Provider (FHP) services for individuals with developmental disabilities under Kentucky’s Supports for Community Living (SCL) Waiver program. The transaction expands VersiCare’s footprint in Kentucky and increases its operational capacity for FHP services.
