Vertical Vision Financial Marketing (V2), an affiliate of AmeriLife Group, LLC, has acquired The Ohlson Group, a Carmel, Indiana-based annuity-focused field marketing organization (FMO). The deal expands V2/AmeriLife's in-house and semi-exclusive annuity product distribution and adds The Ohlson Group's network of more than 2,000 agents to its platform; terms were not disclosed.
