Vertu Capital Acquires Majority Stake in PathFactory

Vertu Capital has acquired a majority stake in PathFactory, a Toronto-based intelligent content platform for B2B digital marketing. The deal includes co-investments from BDC Capital, private equity funds managed by BMO Global Asset Management, and Nicola Wealth and is intended to accelerate PathFactory's growth and scale its content-intelligence SaaS platform.
