VetnCare Acquires Holistic Veterinary Care

VetnCare, a Northern California community of veterinary hospitals backed by Great Point Partners, acquired Holistic Veterinary Care in an add-on transaction. The Oakland-based hospital, founded in 2009 and focused on integrative and rehabilitative animal medicine, will be integrated into the VetnCare network, with founder Dr. Gary Richter staying on as Clinical Director and practicing veterinarian.
