Amadeus announced the acquisition of SkyLink, an AI-first corporate travel technology company headquartered in New York. The deal is intended to accelerate deployment of AI in travel by adding SkyLink’s orchestration and conversational automation to Amadeus’ travel platform, improving travel booking and service experiences for travelers and corporate travel customers.

Liberty Global to Acquire Vodafone’s 50% Stake in VodafoneZiggo and Create Ziggo Group

Liberty Global has entered into a definitive agreement with Vodafone Group to acquire Vodafone’s 50% shareholding in the Dutch telecommunications joint venture VodafoneZiggo for €1.0 billion in cash and a 10% equity interest in a new Benelux company called Ziggo Group. Ziggo Group is expected to hold Liberty Global’s interests in VodafoneZiggo and Belgium’s Telenet, with plans to list in Amsterdam in 2027 and spin off 90% of shares to Liberty Global shareholders.

iQSTEL Inc. to Acquire Remaining 49% of SwissLink Carrier AG via Phased Ownership Exchange

iQSTEL Inc. signed an MOU to acquire the remaining 49% of SwissLink Carrier AG by swapping ownership in SwissLink for iQSTEL common shares over a five-year period (10% ownership per year). The transaction is intended to fully consolidate iQSTEL’s Swiss and broader European telecom footprint while driving projected operational savings of up to $2 million annually.

Patrimonium Private Equity and Wille Finance AG Acquire Majority Stake in Netzlink Informationstechnik

Patrimonium Private Equity and Wille Finance AG have acquired a majority stake in German IT services provider Netzlink Informationstechnik GmbH (including its 100% subsidiary Grouplink GmbH and 50% of JV Netzlink Polska sp. z o.o.). The investors plan to support Netzlink’s growth strategy through national and international add-on acquisitions and strengthen the organization while the founding managers remain significant shareholders and will continue as managing directors.

NewNet to Acquire Nokia Siemens Networks' WiMAX Business

NewNet Communication Technologies, a Skyview Capital portfolio company, announced plans to acquire the WiMAX business from Nokia Siemens Networks, including the full product portfolio, related employees and assets, and active customer and supplier contracts. Approximately 300 Nokia Siemens Networks employees (many in suburban Chicago, USA and Hangzhou, China) are expected to transfer; the deal was expected to close before December 31, 2011 and terms were not disclosed.

Accenture Acquires SKS Group

Accenture has completed its acquisition of SKS Group, a Germany-based consulting firm that helps banks across Germany, Austria and Switzerland modernize technology and meet regulatory requirements using SAP S/4HANA. Approximately 500 SKS Group professionals join Accenture Technology; financial terms were not disclosed.
