Advent International Leads Series C Investment in Skyone

Advent International has made a strategic investment in Skyone, a Brazilian cloud, data and AI software company, through Advent's Latin American Private Equity Fund VII as part of Skyone's Series C (terms undisclosed). In connection with the transaction, Inovabra Ventures and select angel investors fully exited while founders and investors Henkan and BeWater remain significant shareholders.

Amadeus has agreed to acquire Vision-Box, a Portugal-based provider of biometric hardware and software for travel, border control and ID management, from Keensight Capital for an enterprise value of approximately €320 million. The deal brings biometrics hardware and end-to-end traveler orchestration software capabilities into Amadeus’s portfolio, allowing the company to extend its offering from booking through border control and boarding.
