One Equity Partners (OEP), a middle-market private equity firm, agreed to acquire Wheeler Fleet Solutions, a medium- and heavy-duty aftermarket truck parts distributor and engineering solutions provider, from VSE Corporation. VSE’s Fleet segment sale is structured as a definitive agreement and is expected to close in the second quarter of 2025, pending customary conditions.
