Wag! Labs, Inc. announced the closing of its business combination with CHW Acquisition Corporation, a Nasdaq-listed blank check company. Following the merger, CHW changed its name to Wag! Group Co., and Wag!’s common stock and warrants began trading on Nasdaq under ticker symbols “PET” and “PETWW.”
