Walter Surface Technologies, backed by ONCAP, has acquired ArcOne, a Taunton, Massachusetts-based maker of industrial safety products including auto-darkening welding helmets and PPE. CriticalPoint acted as buy-side advisor to Walter and sourced the opportunity; the deal expands Walter's safety and welding product portfolio as an add-on to its ONCAP-backed platform.
