WALTER Surface Technologies has acquired PushCorp Inc., a U.S.-based manufacturer of robotic end-of-arm tooling for material removal applications. The acquisition expands WALTER's robotic and automated material removal capabilities in North America; PushCorp will continue to operate under its own brand and the transaction is effective immediately.
