Warburg Pincus has acquired Topcast Aviation Supplies Company Limited, the largest independent distributor of civil aircraft parts and MRO service provider in the Asia Pacific, headquartered in Hong Kong. The buyout positions Warburg Pincus to deepen its aviation portfolio and support Topcast’s next phase of growth by expanding capabilities, digital infrastructure, and global supplier and customer relationships.
