Waterland Private Equity Invests in TG Group

Waterland Private Equity has acquired a minority stake in TG Group, a Belgian designer and manufacturer of packaging machinery based in Verrebroek. The investment will provide growth capital to expand production capacity, accelerate digitalization and process automation, and support strategic bolt-on acquisitions while TG Group’s management remains in place.
