Waterlogic Americas has acquired H2O Joe, a Tucson-based commercial point-of-use (POU) water rental and service business founded by Joe Cristiani in 2008. The deal expands Waterlogic's presence and density in Southern Arizona and marks another add-on in Waterlogic Americas' 2021 acquisition program.
