Watts Water Technologies acquired the assets of Flowmatic, Inc., a Dunnellon, Florida-based maker and distributor of reverse osmosis components and filtration equipment. The acquisition (Flowmatic reported ~ $12M revenue) expands Watts’ filtration product offering and broadens its distribution channels, including opportunities through the Watts Premier retail channel and Flowmatic’s stocking distributors, OEMs and dealer network.
