Watts Water Technologies Acquires Topway Global Inc.

Watts Water Technologies (WTS) acquired Topway Global Inc. in an asset purchase. Topway Global, a Brea, California manufacturer of water softeners and water treatment systems with about $18M in annual revenue, will expand Watts' distribution reach to independent water quality dealers, particularly in the Southwestern United States.
