Wealthspire Advisors Acquires Private Ocean

Wealthspire Advisors, an NFP company and independent registered investment adviser, signed a definitive agreement to acquire Private Ocean, LLC, a fiduciary wealth management firm with $2.7 billion in assets under management based in San Rafael, California (with offices in San Francisco and Seattle). The deal, which is expected to close in Q4 2021, expands Wealthspire's West Coast presence and contributes to its growing national RIA platform.
