Weaver Acquires Pasadena Accounting Firm HKG

Weaver, a Houston-based top-35 accounting and advisory firm, has acquired Pasadena, California-based HKG in a deal effective June 1. Sixty-five HKG professionals, including seven partners, joined Weaver, expanding its West Coast footprint to six offices and roughly 150 team members; terms were not disclosed.
