WebMD Health Corp., an Internet Brands company, acquired The Wellness Network from Granite Bridge Partners. The purchase expands WebMD's point-of-care and video-based patient education offerings for hospitals and health systems and brings The Wellness Network's EHR-integrated content and HealthClips 360 capability into WebMD's provider services portfolio. Terms were not disclosed.
