Westbridge Capital has acquired Delta Marine Service, a yacht repair and maintenance provider based in Sidney, British Columbia. Westbridge said it will support Delta's next phase of growth by enhancing operations, expanding regional reach and investing in talent and infrastructure; day-to-day leadership will be assumed by General Manager Jason Chupick while founder Brian Coverley will transition to the board.
