Westbridge Renewable Energy S.A. to Sell Red Willow Solar-Plus-Storage Project in Alberta

Westbridge Renewable Energy S.A. has entered into a definitive share purchase agreement to sell its wholly-owned subsidiary, Red Willow Solar Inc., which holds the Red Willow utility-scale solar-plus-storage project in Alberta. The transaction will provide Westbridge with upfront cash at closing plus milestone payments, with total receivables targeted at CAD $26.725 million if conditions are met.
