White Cap Acquires Crimson Steel Supply

White Cap has acquired Crimson Steel Supply, LLC, a Tulsa-based value-added distributor and fabricator of engineered rebar and structural steel products. The deal brings Crimson Steel's three Oklahoma locations and 100+ employees into White Cap's national distribution platform, expanding White Cap's rebar and structural steel capabilities in the region; Crimson was previously a portfolio company of Argonaut Private Equity.
