White Cap has acquired Dayton Superior Corporation to expand its specialty construction product and value-added service offerings. The acquisition brings Dayton Superior’s engineered concrete accessories, chemicals, forming and shoring solutions — and its manufacturing, distribution and training capabilities — into White Cap’s one-stop-shop network to deepen technical services and product availability for contractors.
