Wireless Logic, the Montagu-backed global IoT connectivity platform, has acquired Jola, a UK channel-focused mobile data SIM specialist headquartered in Nottinghamshire, for an undisclosed sum. The deal will keep Jola as an independently run business within the Wireless Logic Group to strengthen the group's UK channel routes-to-market and accelerate product and partner-led growth.
