WiSA Technologies to Acquire Comhear, Inc.

WiSA Technologies, Inc. signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire Comhear, Inc., an AI-enabled adaptive audio technology developer. The proposed stock-for-stock acquisition (expected to close in Q3 2023) would combine Comhear’s adaptive filtering and beam-steering audio IP with WiSA’s spatial wireless audio platform to expand product offerings and leverage existing customer relationships.
