Wishpond Acquires Brax.io (AtlasMind Inc.)

Wishpond Technologies Ltd. has entered into an asset purchase agreement to acquire certain assets and specified liabilities of AtlasMind Inc. (d/b/a Brax.io) for total consideration of approximately US$2.0 million (cash plus earn-out). The acquisition adds Brax's ad management SaaS capabilities to Wishpond's marketing platform, expanding its product offering into digital ad management; Brax reported trailing twelve month revenue of about US$1.5 million and strong gross/EBITDA margins.
