Wolters Kluwer Acquires Brightflag in €425 Million Deal

Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory has signed an agreement to acquire Brightflag, an AI-driven legal spend and matter management software platform, for approximately €425 million in cash. The acquisition is intended to strengthen Wolters Kluwer’s presence among mid-size corporate customers in the U.S. and Europe, with Brightflag expected to close in June 2025.
