Wolters Kluwer to Acquire International Document Services (IDS)

Wolters Kluwer Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) has signed an agreement to acquire International Document Services, Inc. (IDS), a U.S. provider of compliance and document generation software for the mortgage and real estate industry, for approximately $70 million in cash. The deal is expected to close in the second quarter of 2022, subject to customary closing conditions.
