World Insurance Associates LLC (WIA), a Top 100 insurance brokerage headquartered in Tinton Falls, New Jersey, acquired Governor Insurance Agency of Vienna, Ohio on August 1, 2021. The acquisition brings Governor's specialty pet and small-business P&C insurance offerings into WIA's platform to expand specialty coverage (including pet insurance) across the United States; terms were not disclosed.
