Worldwide Facilities Acquires McClelland and Hine (MHI)

Worldwide Facilities, a national wholesale insurance broker and managing general agent, announced a Letter of Intent to acquire the assets of McClelland and Hine, Inc. and McClelland & Hine Trucking Underwriters LLC (collectively MHI). The deal is intended to expand Worldwide Facilities' geographic footprint and product underwriting capabilities, and MHI leadership (including Gil and Amicia Hine) will join the combined company and participate in an equity ownership plan.
