Worldwide Facilities, a national wholesale insurance broker and managing general agent, has acquired Clearwater Underwriters, Inc., a surplus lines MGA based in Clearwater, Florida. The acquisition expands Worldwide Facilities' specialty programs offering—adding Clearwater's flood, professional liability and other personal and commercial lines expertise to its suite of program underwriting capabilities.
