World Water Works, a U.S.-based provider of water and wastewater treatment systems and services headquartered in Oklahoma City, will use the capital to accelerate growth, develop new solutions for industrial and municipal clients, and solidify its market-leading position.

The financing refinanced the balance sheet and supplies growth capital to fund a new biological treatment plant at CWE's Dayton location and expand overall capacity; CWE is a portfolio company of Hunting Dog Capital and is led by CEO John Staton.
