West Shore Home, a technology-enabled home remodeling services provider headquartered in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, has acquired StormFitters of St. Petersburg, a direct-to-consumer windows, doors and storm shutters business. The acquisition adds 28 employees to West Shore Home's Tampa branch and expands the company's presence in the Tampa–St. Petersburg market.

Tecta America Acquires Skyline Roofing

Tecta America, the national commercial roofing leader, has acquired Skyline Roofing, a Rockingham, Virginia-based commercial roofing contractor founded in 2006. Skyline will operate as Skyline Roofing, a Tecta America company, with Kevin Weaver remaining as president and the existing leadership team and employees retained.

West Shore Home Acquires Design Center, Inc.

Wind River Environmental Acquires Skyline Plumbing and Septic, Inc.

Wind River Environmental, a Marlborough, Massachusetts–based waste and septic services platform, has acquired Skyline Plumbing and Septic, Inc., a Hiram, Georgia–based provider of septic pumping, plumbing and drain cleaning services. The acquisition expands Wind River's footprint in the Atlanta market and follows its 2018 Hamby's acquisition, supporting geographic expansion and local service consolidation; Skyline's founder Chris Batchelor is retiring as part of the transaction.

West Shore Home Acquires Hullco, Inc.

West Shore Home has acquired Hullco, Inc., a Tennessee-based home remodeling company, expanding West Shore's footprint into Chattanooga and Knoxville. Hullco recorded approximately $20 million in sales in 2020; the seller is Hullco's president and owner, Matt Hullander. The deal is an add-on to West Shore Home's roll-up of regional home-improvement businesses.
