Faerch Group Acquires MCP Performance Plastic

Faerch Group has agreed to acquire MCP Performance Plastic, a manufacturer of turnkey food packaging trays with production sites in the United States and Israel. The acquisition — the first under Faerch's new ownership by A.P. Moller Holding — gives Faerch an established presence in the US and supports its strategy to scale circular food packaging solutions globally.
