Sourcepass Acquires CompuWorks and A.D.B. Services, Inc.

Sourcepass has acquired two managed IT services providers — CompuWorks of Pittsfield, Massachusetts and A.D.B. Services, Inc. of Atlanta, Georgia — extending its geographic footprint and technical bench in the northeastern and southeastern United States. The transactions add experienced IT staff (Sourcepass said CompuWorks brings ~30 professionals) and deepen Sourcepass' SMB-focused managed services and security capabilities as part of its ongoing roll-up strategy.
