Sourcepass has acquired two managed-services firms — SSD Technology Partners (Wilmington, DE) and Total Technology Solutions (New York) — expanding its SMB-focused MSP platform. The deals increase Sourcepass’s revenue run-rate to about $50 million and push its employee base to over 300, while adding cybersecurity, cloud and vertical expertise across legal, healthcare, financial services and public sector markets.
